You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, uploading content, or making a purchase, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
The Service provides tools to convert voice memos into ready-to-post social threads and related content, including formatting, structure, and copy editing.
RantMoney offers a one-time free upload for new users. We may limit or discontinue the free trial at any time.
"Lifetime access" means access to the Service (or the purchased features) for as long as we continue to offer and support the Service in substantially its current form. It refers to the lifetime of the product/service, not your personal lifetime. We do not guarantee perpetual access.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part/feature) at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if continued operation becomes commercially unreasonable, due to technical issues, legal requirements, or business changes. You agree that we shall not be liable for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
All payments are non-refundable except as explicitly stated during purchase. Lifetime plans are one-time payments with no recurring fees.
You agree not to: misuse the Service, violate laws, infringe intellectual property, submit unlawful or harmful content, or interfere with others' use.
The Service and its content are owned by RantMoney or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service as permitted.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-Service notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of laws.
